Brianté Weber opened his professional account with an impact. Barnes fed him the ball off a Green pick, then he danced around another pick set by Hollins before draining his shot. In his first game for Memphis, he put up 10 points and 7 assists in a 121-114 win over New Orleans. The next season he would win a championship ring with Golden State.
