The Niners were looking for revenge for 1998's playoff loss to the Packers, but with 2 minutes left Brett Favre threw a touchdown pass to put the Packers up by 4. Steve Young had to get a touchdown and he delivered, finding Terrell Owens for a 25-yard touchdown with 3 seconds remaining in the game.
